+## Build

+    make

+## Usage

+    ./timetolocal [TIME (24h)] [ZONE]
+
+Example:

+    ./timetolocal 7:15 est
+
+Zone names are not case sensitive. abbreviations come from `tztable.h`
+

+    sudo make install
